TWIN TWENTY

This narrow, modern duplex gets its name, Twin Twenty, from the land width each occupies on this 40’ wide infill property. The design is a direct result of a series of Portland zoning code statutes that dictate urban infill lot development. Covered outdoor spaces flank both the front entry and rear deck, sheltering both doors from the weather. The windows lining the central stair, brings great natural light to the otherwise dark center of the space. Counter to the industry trend of smaller, new housing units, this project provides a needed 3-Bedroom, 2.5 bath option for families.
